You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly notifying Kettle Logic of suspected account compromise.

Intellectual Property

Kettle Logic retains all rights in software, branding, and content except customer data and materials supplied by customers.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided under applicable agreements and policies. Indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law, with venue in Harris County, Texas, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
